Interacting with potential US candidates on social media and professional networks for the open positions for sourcing the profiles (e.g. LinkedIn)

Drafting and sending recruiting emails to potential candidates

Identifying qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)

Ensuring all screening, hiring, & selection is done in accordance with employment laws & regulations.

Submitting quality profiles to Account Managers with quick turnaround time to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition.

Proactive status reporting to Delivery Manager.

Developing talent pipelines for future hiring needs

Asking for referrals from current employees and external networks

Constantly working on to create employer branding among larger talent pool.

Communicating with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
