Job Title: Wire Drawing Engineer (Steel Wires)

We are looking for an experienced Wire Drawing Engineer specializing in steel wires to oversee and optimize wire drawing operations. The role involves managing processes, troubleshooting technical challenges, maintaining equipment, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise wire drawing operations for steel wires.
• Optimize die design, reduction ratios, and lubrication techniques.
• Maintain and troubleshoot wire drawing machines and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and industry standards.
• Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Metallurgical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in steel wire drawing operations.
• Strong technical knowledge of wire drawing, equipment, and steel metallurgy.
• Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills.
