We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Trainee to join our dynamic sales team focused on AutoCAD software . This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about technology, have a strong desire to learn and grow in sales, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Sales Trainee will undergo comprehensive training to understand the AutoCAD product suite, sales strategies, and customer engagement techniques to become a successful sales professional.

Responsibilities:

  1. Learn about AutoCAD software products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with prospective clients.
  2. Participate in training sessions to develop sales skills, product knowledge, and understanding of sales processes.
  3. Assist senior sales representatives in lead generation, prospecting, and qualification of potential clients.
  4. Shadow experienced sales professionals during customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations to gain hands-on experience.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities, events, and campaigns aimed at generating sales leads.
  6. Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, update customer information, and manage sales pipeline effectively.
  7. Conduct market research to identify potential industries, markets, and customers for AutoCAD software solutions.
  8. Prepare sales reports, presentations, and forecasts for review by sales management.
  9. Continuously update knowledge of AutoCAD products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  10. Actively participate in ongoing professional development and training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  2. Strong passion for technology and interest in software sales.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers.
  6. Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
  7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  9. Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
  10. Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar software is advantageous.
