Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Counsellor to join our team at USAM TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. As an Inside Sales Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and sales support to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. The ideal candidate should have less than 1 year of experience and possess good communication and student counselling skills.
Qualifications and Skills
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Previous experience in student counselling is desirable
Roles and Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Generate leads and identify new sales opportunities through various channels
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer loyalty
- Provide accurate product information and pricing details to clients
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to promote our products
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve sales targets
- Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales objectives
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' offerings
- Meet and exceed sales performance targets
