Role and Responsibilities as Bench Sales Recruiter:

• You will work on both direct hire and Contract openings for our clients.

• You will perform end to end Bench Sales/recruiting and delivery management such as

sourcing, screening,

• submitting resumes to client, interview coordination, and candidate on boarding along

with client coordination.

• Work with Sources (On site and Off shore) to define strategy for recruiting and manage

the sourcing process.

• Mentor sources as needed.

• Search for candidates who have the skills, education, and work experience needed for

job openings. Interview applicants about their experience, education, and skills

• Inform applicants about job details, such as duties, benefits, and working conditions

• Contact references and perform background checks on job applicants

• Perform on boarding coordination with the HR & back office team

• Work with Admin to keep employment records and process paperwork

• Hire or refer qualified candidates for clients

• Search for applicants by posting listings, attending job fairs, and visiting college

campuses. Test applicants,

• contact references and do interview coordination.

• You are required to provide weekly and monthly reports.

• Your monthly Target is 2-3 Placements.
