We are looking for a Business Development Manager. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.

Associate must have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. Associate must have communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until he/she close the deal. Associate will also ensure proper after-sales service.

You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.


The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identify partnership opportunities
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
  • Maintain existing business
  • Think critically when planning to assure project success
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
  • Present our company to potential clients
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) Clients and Technical Executives
  • Report on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
  • Experience in IT Services
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
