Job Description:
As a Senior Client Relations Coordinator, you will lead the charge in managing client queries, elevating client satisfaction, and driving operational efficiency. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and a commitment to delivering top-notch client experiences.
Responsibilities:
Client Communication and Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile client queries, concerns, and requests.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Handle all client concerns over telecalls/mail/whatsapp etc, providing personalised and efficient assistance.’
- Build and nurture positive relationships with clients, fostering a sense of trust and satisfaction.
- Collect proactive feedback from the clients proactively to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
Issue Resolution and Process Optimization:
- Raise all the client concerns and requests in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the facilities team to swiftly address and resolve all client concerns and requests related to office spaces.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and mentor the client relations team, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
- Create an environment that promotes productivity, effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
- Engage with management to align client relations strategies with overall business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate or client relations role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Uphold strong work ethics and commitment to follow-ups.
- Extremely motivated and driven to achieve results.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
