What the Role offers:

• The position holder will work directly with the CEO and business head
• Will play active role in decision making – from preparation of underlying data, discussion of key insights and deciding actionable on those insights
• Assist with financial forecasting and budgeting

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
• Develop and maintain financial models for various business units and projects.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis.
• Support the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting.
• Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Critical Skills of a Suitable Candidates:

• Ability to communicate effectively with strong interpersonal skills
• Understanding of business and functional areas
• Good financial acumen, ability to understand big picture and an eye for detail
• Strong MS office skills especially MS excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to think strategically
