Requirement:


1. 3+ years of experience Tele-sales or any Out-bound /Inside Sales process.

2. Should have worked on target/result oriented environment

3. Should have known telephone etiquettes.

4. Should have very good convincing skills.

5. Must possess excellent communication skills and fluent in English & Tamil or multilingual.


Roles & Responsibilities:

 

1. To make daily calls to the leads provided as per the target.

2. Convert leads to Customer site visits

3. To explain our projects in details to the customers

4. To answer customer queries promptly

5. Able to co-ordiate with Sales team to fix appointments for customers.

6. Good in escalating calls to next level in case support required.

7. Able to address customers concerns and suggest respective product.

8. Should be good in analytical, pricing details etc
