Job Title: AGM./DGM - Sales

Location: Chennai, OMR (Siruseri, Padur)

Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

·      Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the sales team 

·      Devising new and innovative selling and promotional techniques / schemes 

·      Responsible for entire projects Team Targets. Able to achieve month on month sales targets 

·      Aggressively driving Sales, Lead generation, BTL Activities, Forecasting and Sales & Customer Service Management 

·      Developing, Enhancing, implementing comprehensive Sales strategies & other promotional activities for various projects to create new markets, achieve targeted sales. 

·      Competitor Trend Monitoring and Competitor Benchmarking in order to effectively balance competing priorities to fulfil all customer expectations i.e., keeping abreast with competitor residential property offerings, pricing, location, quality, etc. 

·      Educating the client with the market trends, keeping them aware with the rental returns and the price appreciation they may get after investing in our properties. 

Requirements:

·      Should have a graduate/Preferably an MBA.

·      Should be from a non-real estate background with 12-18 years of experience in industries preferably from Real-estate, Corporate Home Interior Sales, Insurance, Financial Products, or Time Share (Leisure& Hospitality, vacation ownership).

·      Good people management skills 

·      Strong communication, problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills 

·      Able to train /mentor /coach and make his team perform. Driver-type personality trait, mature, result-oriented, and customer-focused.

·      Should have minimum 2 years of experience in team management with a proven track record of achieving sales targets of self and team.

·      Must be a go-getter and has a track record of managing teams and sales

·       Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to network and manage relationships with all customers and key stakeholders.
