Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is required.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in real estate development, with a focus on residential or commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
