Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field from NICMAR or IIT
• 1 to 3 years of experience in real estate development, strategic consultancy, or related field
• Knowledge of property feasibility analysis, market research, and fundraising
• Familiarity with regulatory processes and statutory requirements
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office Suite, and other relevant software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist senior team members in conducting feasibility studies and property audits
• Conduct market research and analyze data to determine market fit of potential projects
• Assist in fundraising activities, including preparing pitch decks and investment proposals
• Provide support in obtaining statutory approvals and navigating regulatory processes
• Assist in devising development strategies and architectural design services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set up project operations and ensure timely project delivery
