Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, including market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle complex sales transactions
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify and capitalize on opportunities
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Experience in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
