Job Summary:
Urban Living is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for telecalling, fixing appointments, and following up with clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Telecalling:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential and existing clients to introduce Urban Living’s services and offerings.
- Answer incoming calls, address inquiries, and provide information about the company’s products and services.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and friendly attitude during all interactions.
- Appointment Fixing:
- Schedule and coordinate appointments between clients and Urban Living representatives.
- Manage the appointment calendar to ensure no conflicts and maximize efficiency.
- Confirm appointments and send reminders to clients and staff as necessary.
- Follow-Ups:
- Conduct follow-up calls with clients after meetings or services to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Track and document client interactions and updates in the company’s CRM system.
- Assist in the resolution of any client issues or concerns promptly.
- Administrative Support:
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Support the management team with other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role. Experience in appointment coordination and follow-up activities is preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Telugu (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
