Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Urban Living. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and provide exceptional service to ensure their satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role (1-3 years)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to empathize with customers and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficient in data entry and CRM software
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
- Knowledge of real estate industry and terminology is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to address inquiries or resolve issues
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers regarding products, services, and inquiries
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests in a timely manner
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistent customer service
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and technical support
- Document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
- Identify and escalate priority issues or unresolved customer concerns to the appropriate team
- Achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer service processes and enhance the overall customer experience
