Job Overview

We are looking for the Manager – Civil (PMC), responsible for managing the construction projects from inception to completion, such as should work closely with a DGM – Civil, diverse team & checking Levels, Markings, Measurements, QC as per ISO / ISI. 

Roles and Responsibilities

 Preparation & presentation of all project-related presentations (PPT) to the concern. Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process charts to document needs.

 Strong knowledge of construction processes as per IS codes such as Method of Measurement, regulations

 Prepare program chart (Bar chart, CPM, PERT), update & close Snag Lists for all the work packages as per Specifications and Drawings.

 To manage any change in the project scope, project schedule, and project costs along with rate analysis and appropriate verification techniques and to maintain strict quality control to avoid reworks.

 Inventory, Inward Material verification, ensure conformance to specifications. Preparation of Indents, procurement plan, and Reconciliation of all materials. Reject in case of violations, etc.

 Planning, and coordination for the execution of the project (PIU / PMC) as per the client’s requirement (including Civil, Structural, Finishing, MEP & other Infra Works).

 Planning includes Site team planning, resource mobilization, preparing daily work schedules in line with the Project duration (WBS), Vendor Management, Quality control, Deliveries, Billing and payment followup, etc.

 Report the progress (DLR, DPR, and JMR) daily to Head Office.

 To ensure the contractor, conduct a periodical test of materials and maintains the QC registers.

 Coordinate with the other package contractors for the smooth coordination of works, and with Consultants for smooth flow of drawings & detail in time.

 Should ensure the PMC and QC records/procedures shall be carried out at par with other eminent organizations.

Qualification:

B.Tech – 4-year full time / M.Tech – Civil Engineering – First Class / Distinction.

Desired Candidate Profile:

 Proven experience as a Project Engineer in the PMC.

 Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

 Proficient in project management software and tools.

 PMP or other relevant certifications are preferred.

 Flexibility and willingness to work in a busy, vivid environment, acceptance of sudden changes in working policies and location including the physically demanding environment.
