What would you do?

A key account manager (KAM) for Accenture's E-Commerce client will be responsible for:

  • Building relationships: Establishing and nurturing relationships with merchants, vendors, and internal stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships. As a Key Account Manager, you are vital in ensuring all stakeholders are happy.
  • Managing day-to-day operations: Managing order processing, inventory management, and fulfilment
  • Forecasting: Building forecasts at the product, region, and account level, and managing channel forecasts
  • Monitoring: Monitoring products listed and ensuring order deliveries
  • Driving growth: Helping merchants launch and grow their business on the platform
  • Analyzing sales: Analyzing sales results to develop ways to optimize account performance
  • Advocating for merchants: Working with internal teams to advocate for merchants' needs and requests
  • Understanding industry trends: Demonstrating an in-depth understanding of industry trends

Qualification & Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience working in an account manager/ business development or sales role.
  • Any Graduate Degree


Key Focus areas for the KAM role:

  • Improving content on partner platforms
  • Driving and enabling exclusive launches
  • Understanding key business drivers for the channel
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to achieve the desired share in each category and focus on ad spends
