Roles & Responsibilities


**Customer Relationship Management:**

- Cultivate and leverage a network to engage with strategic partners.

- Nurture and enhance client relationships, including top decision-makers.

- Efficiently address customer queries and project bottlenecks by collaborating with internal teams.

- Arrange client debriefs to ensure satisfaction and feedback.


**Commercial Sales:**

- Guide the regional team and oversee daily operations.

- Expand our customer base and market coverage in untapped regions.

- Maintain a sales order database and generate monthly reports.

- Ensure seamless customer support from order receipt to shipment.

- Collaborate with planning, production, and logistics teams for on-time deliveries and payment collection.

- Provide market intelligence and trends to shape export strategies.
