Key Responsibilities

Tasked with interpreting client requirements, preparing feasibility reports, and crafting design proposals under the guidance of the Design Manager.

Generate innovative concepts, considering client needs, building usage, and environmental impact, while staying aligned with architectural trends and advancements.

Participate in the entire design development process from project inception to completion, ensuring meticulous detailing for schematic and working drawings, under the supervision of the Project Lead.

Ensure that all work adheres to specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations.

Liaise with structural and service consultants to advance the design and oversee execution.

Engage with multiple vendors to select materials and explore new options available in the market.

Coordinate with project managers to align design deliverables with on-site requirements.

Conduct periodic site visits to monitor project progress and provide status reports.
