**Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to lead end-to-end operational aspects of our projects in the luxury interior design segment. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless project execution in line with our Quarry philosophy. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering enduring client relationships, overseeing departmental P&L, and driving the overall efficiency and productivity of our operations.
**Responsibilities:**
- Cultivate lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and the industry landscape.
- Assume ownership of the department's P&L, evaluating processes against business targets, and implementing strategic changes for enhanced effectiveness.
- Manage projects from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality customer experiences and overseeing negotiations and payments.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for on-time project completion, collaborating with team members, and being accountable for all deliverables.
- Maximize efficiency through process analysis, interdepartmental collaboration, and the establishment of operational milestones.
**Qualifications:**
- Preferably from the interior designing industry with 10-15+ years of experience managing luxury residential projects.
- ERP implementation experience is advantageous.
- Proficient in project commercials, costing, and conceptualization.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly enterprising with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Resourceful, action-oriented, and open to new ideas.
- Willingness to travel.
**Requirements:**
- B.Arch/ B.E. (Civil) + PG/ Diploma in interior designing or project management.
