JD for the Resources under the Digitization Project in Assam

We at MUS Technologies are looking for qualified candidate to work as a Digitization and Scanning Project Team for one of our client in Assam. The Digitization and Scanning Project team includes Project Coordinator-1, must be able to manage, train, and provide direction to a small scanning teams which includes file inventory, prepping documents, indexing & digitization. The Project Coordinator shall have substantial project and operations management expertise, conduct project plans, organizes, directs, and controls the project to ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled, quality standards are met, and associated expectations of performance are achieved. The Documentation Expert-1 (English & Assamese), must conduct project plans, organizes the document structures reports and support the Project team. Addition to this a team with resource for Scanning Utilities- 6 (willing to travel and site visits) & Data Entry-6/8 for data collecting and entry of records.
