Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Spoken English Trainer to join our team at Unnati. This is a fresher position suitable for candidates with 0 to 1 years of experience. The primary role involves training underprivileged youth to enhance their spoken English skills, thereby improving their employability.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent command over the English language with strong verbal and written skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate students.
• Basic understanding of teaching methodologies and the ability to design engaging training modules.
• Patience and empathy to work with students from diverse backgrounds with varying levels of proficiency.
• Ability to assess the progress of students and provide constructive feedback.
• Sound knowledge of different learning styles and the ability to adapt teaching methods accordingly.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conducting training sessions on spoken English for students enrolled in the Unnati program.
• Developing and implementing effective lesson plans and activities to enhance language skills.
• Monitoring students’ progress and providing individualized support as needed.

• Encouraging a positive learning environment and fostering an inclusive atmosphere.
• Collaborating with other trainers and staff to ensure a comprehensive educational experience for students.
• Maintaining records of students' progress and reporting to the management.
