Job Responsibilities
Ø Plan – Develop timely and periodic plans for each center, to ensure targets are achieved in center. The target refers to the number of youth trained – this will be defined for each financial year.
Ø Achieve – Conduct different activities like job fairs, regular community visits, connect with local leaders etc to ensure Unnati is known locally thereby enhancing target achievement.
Ø Manage – Maintain strong relationships with the field staff through regular follow ups & visits. Encourage regular feedback that can aid in improving team performance.
Ø Report – Regular reporting to Management through email updates, reports, newsletters and monthly meetings.
Ø Train – Will be expected to training filed staff as and when required to improve productivity.
Candidate Requirements
Ø Experience in Sales / Program Management will be preferred
Ø Ability to speak confidently in local language (Kannada/ Tamil/ Hindi) & English
Ø Working knowledge of MS Office is required
