Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to contribute to generating leads and converting prospects for our company. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about our products and services, address any questions, and build a positive relationship with the clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make daily outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote our services and understand their needs.
• Communicate professionally, effectively, and persuasively to create interest in the products/services offered.
• Qualify leads, identify opportunities, and forward leads to the sales team for closure.
• Manage and update the CRM system with relevant information and follow up with potential leads as required.
• Gather feedback from customers to improve products/services and customer experience.
• Maintain call records and update databases with accurate information about calls and customer information.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with a friendly and confident phone manner.
• Proficiency in English and any other language is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM software and ability to document customer interactions efficiently.
• Positive attitude, high patience, and the ability to handle objections professionally.
