Job Overview

Univentis Medicare Ltd is seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team. As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our employees. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. This is a full-time role based in Panchkula.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 4 to 6 years of experience in IT support or related role
• Proficient in troubleshooting software and hardware issues
• Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols
• Experience with Windows and operating systems
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users for software, hardware, and network related issues
• Install, configure, and upgrade software and hardware
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner
• Assist in the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure
• Ensure data security and backup procedures are followed
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
• Assist in the implementation of IT projects
• Handle Server system , End point security
