We are seeking a dedicated Junior Recruiter to join our team at United Descaler Private Limited. This full-time position is based in New Delhi and requires a minimum of 1 year of work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and assessing candidates for various roles within the company.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter for effective sourcing and networking with potential candidates (Mandatory skill).
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems to streamline the recruitment process and maintain candidate records (Mandatory skill).
• Social Media Sourcing expertise to identify and engage with potential candidates across various platforms (Mandatory skill).
• Skilled in Boolean Search techniques for precise candidate filtering and selection in databases.
• Strong Candidate Relationship Management skills to nurture and maintain candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
• Ability to develop a Talent Pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates for future openings.
• Experience in Diversity Recruiting to promote an inclusive and diverse workplace environment.
• Familiarity with Interview Scheduling Software to coordinate and manage interviews seamlessly with candidates and hiring managers.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and assess candidates for various positions within the organization using multiple recruitment channels.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and social media platforms to attract and connect with potential talent.
• Manage and track candidate applications using Applicant Tracking Systems, ensuring a streamlined recruitment process.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to evaluate competencies and job fit.
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to foster a positive recruitment experience and build a talent pipeline.
• Promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices to support a diverse workforce.
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups between candidates and hiring teams efficiently.

Education - Any graduate or Mba HR

Exeprience - 1-2 yrs

Candidates from Delhi NCR will be prefered .
