Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Human Resources Executive for our New Delhi office. This is a full-time role suitable for candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and other HR-related tasks to support the company's growth and employee satisfaction.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of candidates (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong employee relations skills to foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in performance management to help align employee goals with company objectives (Mandatory skill).
  • Knowledge of HR policies to ensure consistent application across the organization.
  • Ability to design and conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Understanding of compensation and benefits structures to ensure competitive and fair employee offerings.
  • Familiarity with HR compliance to ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
  • Skills in conflict resolution to effectively mediate and resolve workplace disputes.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate interviews, and onboarding procedures.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting investigations, and ensuring fair treatment.
  • Implement and manage performance management systems to evaluate and improve employee performance.
  • Create and update HR policies to align with legal requirements and company standards.
  • Plan and administer training programs to enhance professional development and skill acquisition.
  • Handle compensation and benefits administration to maintain competitive employee packages.
  • Ensure HR compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Resolve conflicts and facilitate negotiation processes to maintain a harmonious work environment.
