Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team at United Descaler Private Limited. The role is a full-time, mid-level position based in our New Delhi office. The ideal candidate will focus on leveraging strategic business development initiatives to expand the company's market presence and customer base through effective lead generation and client engagement.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in using Salesforce for managing client accounts and tracking sales activities efficiently.
- Strong experience working with CRM software to maintain and optimize the customer relationship cycle.
- Demonstrated ability in lead generation to identify, qualify, and secure new potential business prospects.
- Excellent in cold calling techniques to reach potential clients and convert them into business opportunities.
- Exceptional business communication skills to convey complex information succinctly and persuasively to clients.
- Skilled in negotiation to ensure favorable terms while maintaining strong professional relationships with clients.
- Familiarity with HubSpot to manage marketing lead strategies and enhance customer engagement.
- Experience with prospecting tools to effectively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and lead generation techniques.
- Engage in cold calling activities to potential clients to create new business opportunities and close sales deals.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to align on strategies and enhance sales processes for achieving targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all lead generation activities, client interactions, and update CRM systems regularly.
- Develop and sustain long-term relationships with clients through excellent customer service and tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value of our solutions.
- Utilize prospecting tools to analyze market trends and identify potential growth and expansion areas.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments to enhance sales strategies.
