Required Skills

✔️ 2+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in the software/IT industry.

✔️ Strong understanding of technical documentation, user guides, and installation manuals.

✔️ Proficiency in documentation tools like Confluence, Zoho, MS Word, and Google Docs.

✔️ Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content.

✔️ Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including PMs, Developers, and Marketing.

✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

✔️ Basic knowledge of Markdown, HTML, or other technical writing formats (preferred).

Preferred Skills

➤ Experience with API documentation and technical content structuring.

➤ Basic knowledge of Markdown, HTML, or CMS tools.

➤ Exposure to version control tools (Git, Jira, etc.).
