Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and deploying advanced AI/ML models, with a focus on solving complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Models: Design, build, and optimize machine learning models.
• Data Analysis: Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets.
• Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Deploy & Maintain: Deploy AI/ML models into production and ensure their performance.
• Innovate: Stay updated with AI/ML advancements and implement best practices.
• Document: Maintain comprehensive documentation of models and processes.
• Lead Team: Mentor and guide AI/ML team members.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in a development role with 3+ years in AI/ML development.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Python or R.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of big data technologies and databases.
• Leadership: Proven leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Analytical & Communication Skills: Strong problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
