Role- Business Development Executive(BDE)



Skills Required:


-Excellent Communication

-Experience in IT Sales

-Experience in B2B sales

-Cold Calling

-Lead Generation

-Client Acquisition

-Client Management

Preferred Experience- 6 months - 1 year of experience.


Working Days- 6 days a week.


Selected candidates day-to-day responsibilities include:


1.Sourcing candidates using job portals like Naukri, Shine, Monster and LinkedIn.

2.Screening the profiles to match the relevant skills mentioned in the job description.

3. Conducting telephonic interviews of the candidates and forwarding the relevant profiles to the clients.

4. Following up with both the candidates and the clients for interview scheduling, salary negotiation and offer letter generation.

5. Networking online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire, and ensure we attract the best professionals

6. Maintaining data on daily basis and reporting

7. Basically, conducting end to end recruitment process.

8.Client Acquisition and client management IN B2B mode.


Budget maximum 20k
