Job Title: Business Development Trainee
Location: Remote (Gurgaon)
Stipend: ₹7,000 per month
Probation Period: 2 Months

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Trainee to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to kickstart their career in sales and business development within the edtech industry. As a BDT, you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships with prospective clients, and contributing to the overall growth of Unified Mentor.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking.
Client Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients via calls, emails, and other communication methods.
Sales Pitch: Present and promote Unified Mentor’s courses and services to prospective clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure a smooth transition through the sales pipeline.
Reporting: Track and report on sales activities and outcomes, providing insights and feedback to the management team.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications: Recent graduates with a keen interest in sales and business development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Basic understanding of the edtech industry is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
