Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, employer branding, interviewing, and recruiting. Person will be responsible for PAN India recruitment for our all the Sales and backend recruitment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
• Experience in full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, interviewing, and employer branding
• Ability to effectively source passive candidates
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the electronics, automotive, or industrial industry is a plus
