Talent Acquisition Specialist
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, employer branding, interviewing, and recruiting. Person will be responsible for PAN India recruitment for our all the Sales and backend recruitment.
Responsibilities:
- Man power planning
- Making strategy for recruitment
- Job posting
- Reviewing Resumes
- Shortlisting CVs
- Conducting recruitment Interviews and providing necessary inputs
- Maintaining HR records
- Record analysis
- Based on analysis new strategy planning
- Onboarding process managing
- Document process and Background verification process
- Induction of new recruit
- Company Branding
- Doing research and keep updated with new trends of recruitment market and industry.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
- Experience in full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, interviewing, and employer branding
- Ability to effectively source passive candidates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting software
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the electronics, automotive, or industrial industry is a plus
