Job Description:

We are seeking a talented UI/UX designer to join our team and help shape the future of our digital products. As a UI/UX designer, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that delight our users and drive business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
• Create user personas, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and concepts.
• Design visually stunning and highly functional user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Ensure consistency and coherence across all touchpoints of the user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
• Advocate for the user throughout the design process and champion usability and accessibility principles.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
