Project Coordination Intern / Fresher Job
Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive intern to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a crucial role in coordinating between our team and clients, managing workflow, and ensuring that all client requests and changes are accurately implemented. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management within a fast-paced professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Coordination: Act as the point of contact for clients, ensuring that all communications are clear and effective. Coordinate meetings and calls between clients and the team to discuss project updates, changes, and deliverables.
Change Management: Receive and document changes or updates requested by clients. Communicate these changes to the relevant team members and ensure that they are understood and implemented correctly.
Workflow Monitoring: Track the progress of projects, monitor deadlines, and ensure that tasks are completed on schedule. Assist in troubleshooting and addressing any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Team Support: Provide administrative support to the team as needed. This may include scheduling meetings, preparing presentation materials, and maintaining project documentation.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on project status, client feedback, and team performance. Participate in team meetings to present updates and discuss ongoing projects.
Qualifications:
● Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program related to business, project management, communication, or a related field.
● Strong organizational and time management skills.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
