Job Description:

We are seeking a talented AI/ML developer to join our team and help drive the development of innovative AI-powered solutions. As an AI/ML developer, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team of engineers, data scientists, and domain experts to design, implement, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems and deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, gather data, and identify opportunities for AI/ML solutions.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation to ensure the quality and effectiveness of machine learning models.
• Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Design and implement scalable and robust AI/ML pipelines for training, testing, and deployment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research, trends, and best practices in AI and machine learning.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to present findings, share insights, and drive decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models and algorithms in real-world applications.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and familiarity with machine learning libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or sci-kit-learn.
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and techniques, including supervised learning, unsupervised learning, and deep learning.
• Experience with data manipulation, preprocessing, and visualization tools and techniques.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices, including version control, testing, and code optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
