Job Summary:

• We are seeking a talented 3D Visualizer to create high-quality 3D visuals, renderings, and animations for [architecture, interior design, product design, etc.]. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail, creativity, and expertise in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create realistic 3D visualizations, renderings, and animation walkthroughs for projects. Develop 3D models based on Autocad, CAD drawings, or conceptual ideas.
• Apply textures, lighting, and materials to achieve photorealistic results. Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams to understand visualization requirements.
• Enhance visual presentations using post-production techniques in Photoshop or other software. Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies in 3D visualization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Animation, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, or AutoCAD. Strong skills in rendering engines like V-Ray, and Corona Renderer,
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects) for post-production. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Unreal Engine, Unity, or Revit is a plus.
• Understanding of lighting, textures, and materials to create high-quality visuals.
