Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in telecalling or a similar customer service role, with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound calls, addressing customer queries, promoting products/services, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. The role requires a customer-centric approach and the ability to work with targets and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Outbound and Inbound Calling:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients or customers to promote products, services, or offerings.
- Handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues effectively.
2.Lead Generation and Sales:
- Generate new leads through cold calling or follow-ups with potential customers.
- Provide information about products and services, answer queries, and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the company.
3.Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional service by understanding customer needs, offering relevant solutions, and resolving complaints.
- Follow up on previous calls to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
4.Problem Resolution:
- Address customer concerns, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily and escalate unresolved matters to the appropriate department.
5.Compliance and Reporting:
- Follow scripts, guidelines, and company policies while interacting with customers.
- Ensure compliance with legal and company regulations during all calls.
- Provide daily or weekly reports on performance, sales achievements, and customer feedback.
6.Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the sales or customer service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Participate in team meetings, share feedback, and implement best practices to improve team performance.
