Position: Project Manager

Work Experience: Total experience of 6+ years, at least 2+ years handling teams

Educational Qualification: BE/MCA

Job Description: 

• Will need to handle multiple projects using multiple technology suites
• Should be extremely proficient with Web Technologies Dot Net, (Core also desirable), JavaScript, CSS, VueJS, AngularJS, Aws/Azure cloud technologies, JIRA
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development
• Working knowing on solutioning of .net applications - .net, MS SQL, MVC/Angular front end
• Proven working experience leading tech teams of Developers, QA, UX, Analysts.  
• Understanding of cloud solutioning and technologies.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (agile scrum, waterfall)
• Having experience on jQuery, Ajax, Vue JS, Angular/ ReactJS,
• Lead the project team through all phases of the software development process.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies seeking to create a regular sprint schedule.
• Regularly report overall project status to management and key stakeholders, escalating major issues as necessary.
• Knowledge in Web User Interface Design, Web Programming Skill
• Actively participate in and influence business strategy, and business decisions
• Maintain a strong handle on business priorities, 
• Own the planning, tracking, coordination, and delivery of projects critical for business success
• Analyze risks, ambiguities, and resource/budget constraints along the way with minimal impact to goals
• Manage scope, goals, schedule, priorities, resources and expectations with predictability in outcomes
• Excellent comprehension, communication and team management skills required.
• Should be able to lead multiple projects
• Should have experience of leading a team of more than 5 people.
