Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Market Growth Analyst to support our sales team and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the business. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sales negotiations, excellent analytical abilities, and strong commercial acumen. The Market Growth Analyst will be responsible for forecasting sales negotiations, supporting the sales team with valuable assets to secure new business, as well as improving deal structures with existing clients. The role demands advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to effectively visualize data-driven insights and facilitate decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and enhancing existing client relationships.
- Contribute to sales negotiations by providing analytical insights, pricing strategies, and improved deal structures.
- Conduct market analysis and create accurate sales forecasts to inform negotiation strategies.
- Develop and maintain Excel models for financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
- Utilize PowerPoint to create clear, visual presentations to communicate insights and proposals to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Collaborate with the sales, finance, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on goals and strategies.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate market trends, competitive landscape, and business performance.
- Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to senior leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role (sales support, market analysis, or commercial analysis).
- Strong hands-on experience in sales negotiations and deal structuring.
- Proficient in Excel, including advanced functions and financial modeling.
- Highly skilled in PowerPoint, with the ability to design clear and impactful visual presentations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Commercially focused, with the ability to balance business goals with customer needs.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a B2B sales or market growth role is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
