We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing sales or software sales, with a proven ability to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition:

• Identify, engage, and acquire new clients for our digital marketing and software development services.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.

1. Field Sales:

• Attend client meetings and, if required, visit client locations to present our offerings and close deals.

1. Team Leadership:

• Guide and mentor junior business development executives.
• Share best practices and ensure team targets are met.

1. CRM Management:

• Utilize CRM tools to manage client relationships, track leads, and monitor the sales pipeline.

1. Collaboration:

• Work closely with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements.

1. Sales Reporting:

• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing sales or software sales.
• Proven experience in field sales is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and their effective usage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings as needed.
