Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team in the software services industry. This role is key to driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, generating leads, and acquiring clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the software services sector, a proven track record of building long-term client relationships, and the ability to meet and exceed revenue goals
Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct market research to identify trends, technologies, and client needs.
· Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand the company’s market presence.
· Generate leads through networking, events, and digital marketing.
· Present tailored software solutions and negotiate contracts to close deals.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
· Collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies and ensure successful service delivery.
· Track business development metrics and report progress to senior management.
· Attend industry events to network and stay informed on market trends.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
· 3+ years of experience in business development within the software services industry.
· Strong knowledge of SaaS, cloud computing, software development, and IT consulting.
· Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
