Job Title: DevOps Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer with 3–6 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipeline development, automation, and system reliability. You’ll work closely with development and QA teams to streamline deployment processes, monitor systems, and ensure high availability and performance of services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.
• Maintain and optimize infrastructure on AWS / Azure / GCP.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, etc.
• Containerize applications using Docker and manage them with Kubernetes.
• Automate repetitive tasks and improve deployment workflows.
• Ensure security best practices are followed across development and deployment environments.
• Work with development teams to ensure smooth code releases and environment consistency.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD
• Good understanding of Linux/Unix systems and scripting (Bash, Python, etc.)
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana
• Version control using Git

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS/GCP/Azure certification is a plus
• Experience in a fast-paced Agile environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
