Job Description for Service Engineer:
• Manage Incoming phone calls.
• Giving the right pitch to the potential customers, so they end up buying the
product or availing the services.
• Responding to customer queries, complaints, and requests via phone, email,
chat or by visit.
• Assisting customers with product setup and resolving any technical issues
they might experience.
• Informing customers about specialized product functionalities and features.
• Following up with customers to ensure that reported technical difficulties have
been resolved.
• Troubleshooting, analysing, and reporting product errors, failures, or
malfunctions to management.
· Making products and services reports by collecting and analysing the
information provided by the customers.
· Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right
methods/tools
· Assisting customers with product setup and resolving any technical issues they
might experience.
· Keeping a detailed record of client data, including useful comments, as well as
positive or negative feedback.
- Analysing customer feedback and advising management on areas of improvement.
- Maintaining client accounts and updating billing information as needed.
