· Manage Incoming phone calls.

· Generate sales leads.

· Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and explain how specific products and services can meet these needs.

· Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

· Keeping a proper record of the customers.

· Answer customers’ questions about the prices, availability, and uses of the products.

· Responding to customer queries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, or chat.

· Informing customers about specialized product functionalities and features.

· Keeping a detailed record of client data, including useful comments, as well as positive or negative feedback.

· Good communication skill.
