Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our services to achieve sales targets. Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Knowledge of market research and sales techniques.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify potential business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients by providing them with information about our services.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients to generate revenue.
  • Provide regular updates to the management team on sales activities and achievements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all client interactions.
