Experience: 5 to 7 years in Hr Executive & Recruitment

Job Description: 

• Recruitment, sourcing candidates, arranging interviews, feedback follow-up, reference checking, offer finalization. 
• Onboarding new joining employees, Joining formalities, induction training. 
• Training, training plan follow-up, collecting training records and documentation, and QMS ISO 9001:13485 related documentation. 
• Responsible for CSR activities in coordination with other CSR committee members. 
• Handling queries from employees regarding admin facilities, Salary, PF & ESIC, follow-up, etc 
• Processing expenses reimbursements of sales team, employee’s conveyance & other expenses, HR vender payments, etc. 
• Employee engagement activities, festival celebrations, etc 
• Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
