Job Description: 

• Responsible for close coordination with the in-house team, sub-consultant, and client. 
• Review of the design document, drawings, BOQ, Specifications, and bid document for the MEPF /MHS/ Utility services for building, infrastructure, ports, roads, etc. 
• Site visit / Client meeting visit as and when required. 
• Follow-up for the approval of designated work from TPI/ IE/Client. 

Required Skills:

• Excellent transparent communication style  
• Understanding of engineering design procedures, drawings, and codal provisions for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire requirements. 
• Knowledge for Material Handling Systems (MHS) 
• Knowhow of material specification, bid document, and market rates 
• Excellent computer skills especially with Auto Cad, MS-Office. (Word, Excel, PPT) and relevant design software  
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MEP coordination
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
