As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring qualified candidates for various managerial and top management positions in disciplines such as Finance, Marketing, Engineering, HR, and IT. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' requirements are met and building enduring relationships.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and match them to job requirements.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and understand the hiring needs of our clients.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networking sites.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct reference checks and background verifications
• Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for selected candidates.
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
