The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and leading the full design process from ideation to production. You will draw new designs and update our current designs. During the creation process, you will ensure that our designs meet all necessary design responsibilities. 

Responsibilities

• Detail planning of all services like plumbing, electrical, AC, fire fighting etc.
• Distribution of work, leading and guiding Engineers and drafting team for preparation of MEP deliverables and ensuring completion of works as per the deadline.
• Validate design issues related to MEP and suggest alternative solutions.
• Handling Client Meetings as well as site visits
• Coordination with clients for project-related requirements as and when requirements
• Preparation of Design basis report, Schematic drawings, Bill of quantities
• Assist in the testing and commissioning of MEP equipment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering 
• Experience working in an MEP Design Consultancy office, engaged in the design of hotels, hospitals, shopping malls, residential buildings, etc.
• 7 years or more experience with working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing designs
• Computer literate
• Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
